Transferring/Fulfillment
Quick explanation on transferring tickets.
Auto fulfillment on Lysted
I advise you to head over to the "Settings" tab, into the "Logins" tab. Here you will be able to set an external login to Ticketmaster to allow "auto transfers" when completing a sale. This allows transfers to be automatic so that you wont have to transfer them yourself.
If you're buying tickets on "purchased" Ticketmaster accounts, I HIGHLY advise you to create a new Ticketmaster account, and sending/keeping all of your purchased tickets on that account. Sort of like a "vault". You will set your external login to THIS Ticketmaster account.
Ticketmaster
Head over to My Account -> My Tickets.
Find the event you want to transfer, click "See Details".
At the top, click "Transfer Tickets".
Carefully put in the correct name and email of your buyer, and send your tickets.
Manual fulfillment
Once doing the above steps, simply take a screenshot of you sending the tickets to the buyer (this will be in the email you sent the tickets from). Then, head over to "Fulfillment" on the left side of Lysted. Look for your event, it should be prompted with "Pending" if its not already fulfilled. Click on the sale, you will be prompted with this:

Click on "Attach proof", and paste the screenshot you took earlier. These will stay pending until the buyer accepts them. You won't get paid until a week after the buyer accepts them and the sale is "Complete". This is why we suggest using auto fulfillment, since the sale will instantly "complete".
AXS
Head over to My Account in the top left -> click "Your Tickets".
Similar to Ticketmaster, simply transfer your tickets with the correct buyer information.
Account surrender
Quite rare for these drops, but It's usual for us to be informed in advance, and we make sure to notify you guys before buying tickets. This involves the complete transfer of the account to the buyer, which allows them to gain access to the tickets.
