As opposed to Verified Fans, the Presale Code and Public drops are generally what everyone can go for.
A presale for tickets on Ticketmaster is a special sale that takes place before the general public sale. It allows certain groups of people to purchase tickets before they are available to everyone else. They can range from a generic presale code, a unique code received from joining a mailing list, or using a specific credit card like AMEX, Chase, or Citi.
It's important to note that presale tickets are usually limited in quantity and often sell out quickly, so it's important to act fast if you want to take advantage of the presale.
There are usually one or more types of Presales that leads up to a Public Sale.
Public Drop is another chance for you to buy tickets for a given event. But be aware that during public, the amount of people who are trying for tickets will be way larger and the stock is usually very low due to previous Presales.
Both of these drops will require you to join a waiting room to enter the queue. Once you are past the queue, you will quickly cart the tickets you are targeting for.
Example of a Drop Schedule for a given event:
Drake for Barclay Center - Brooklyn, NY 1. Cash App Presale - No Code but requires you to use the Cash App card 2.
Livenation Presale - LIVENATION CODE = VINYL (Generic Code where everyone can use)

As mentioned before, we go for this drop type by entering a "queue". Keep in mind these queues are not random. If your account gets a "shitty" queue position on an event, it will stay that way. If your accounts get a "instant/very good" queue position, it will generally stay that way.
This is why good accounts are valued so high. If you have a good account, you can consistently get great seats on almost every event. The way you would obtain a good account is by buying untested accounts, and running them until you hopefully get lucky enough to obtain a good account.
