Lysted

Explanation on what Lysted is, and how to use it.

What is Lysted?

Lysted is a ticket consignment company, which makes it the easiest way to sell your tickets. It acts as a global platform that feeds your tickets to all secondary markets at once. Upon selling a ticket on Lysted, you will typically receive your money 15~ days afterwards.

Listing manually

If you don't want to have your tickets fulfill automatically (will be explained in the next page), that is okay. I will explain how to properly list your tickets, and how to transfer them (next page). So, first, head over to your inventory on Lysted. From there, click the + sign and search for the event you have. Upon doing that, you will be prompted with:

CAREFULLY fill this out, as you can be fined if you fill out the wrong information and a sale occurs. Make sure to check out "Add disclosures" at the bottom left, and double check if any apply to you. If they do, simply disclose it. You can also put that in the notes. For example, if I bought side-view tickets, I would disclose it and put in the notes, "Side-view".

Once you've filled out all of the information, you have to decide what to price your ticket(s). The fee for selling on Lysted is 15%, so your listing on Lysted will look different than Vivid seats, etc. If I am looking to quickly get out of an event, I will head over to https://vividseats.com/, and list slightly lower than the lowest listing. The price of your listing on the right will be what is shown on Vivid.
